The membership of the Union in the following levels:

Institutional:
The founder and owner of Union idea created is his Excellency Ahmed Salem Al SSudain of U.A.E. Honorary President:

1. Founding member:

They are all natural persons who get EU membership before and during the founding meeting (constituent Assembly), exceptionally be get EU membership no later than three months after the founding Congress founding member. In addition, each founding member is a member.

2. Active member:

Accept an active member of the Union of companies, associations, institutions and enterprises working in the field of Arabic enshrined later entities entitled to join as a member to the Federation. It must be a natural person, Association, Corporation or company, or other corporate entities registered with the Chambers of Commerce in Arabic, to be areas of work one area leading to the estate mentioned in article 1 and of the main activities and to demonstrate through a business license and certificate of membership with the Chamber of Commerce and industry in the town working member is required to be represented in the organs of the Union of Arab nationality amongst EU Member States.

- Developers, investment companies in various fields' real estate
- Specialist property banks and commercial banks.
- Bodies and mortgage companies.
- Real estate agencies.
- Construction companies, housing, construction and contracting companies.
- Real estate services company (management, maintenance,)
- Legal consultants and experts in arbitration.
- Engineering consultancy and expertise.
- Expert evaluation and appraisal and real estate economics.
- Satellite and specialized economic newspapers and magazines.
- Real estate exhibition and specialized trade.
- Companies or persons working in real estate in General.
The Board of Directors the right to admission to any company, organization, association or entity directly or indirectly to the subject real estate believes that the accession of the Union to help achieve its goals.

3. Associate member:

Is the Member who does not meet all the requirements for full membership of the Board of Directors decides to accept an affiliate because the services provided by the Union or for strong reasons approved by the Board of Directors. For the associate member has the right to participate in General Assembly meetings and general meetings of the Federation have the right to debate, and has the right to participate in the membership of committees of the Union and vote in these committees, but not the right to vote or to stand for any position of the Union (the Board of directors or the Executive Board or other various other positions).

4. Observer member:

3. Federation of Arabic States.
4. Arabic economic unity Council or his representative
5. Organizations and bodies, federations and associations specialized in Arabic.
6. Regional or international organizations, federations of quality related to the activities of the Union.
7. The Federation of GCC Chambers
8. The associations or bodies or civil unions operating in the Arabic States.
9. Housing and property commissions on business organizations and chambers of Commerce.
10. Housing and construction ministries and governmental bodies involved in the area of lands, housing and physical planning.
11. Specialized associations working in the field.
12. Real estate commissions in the Arabic States rooms consortia
13. Or any room of Chambers of Commerce and industry in the Arabic States.
14. Arabic, Arabic organizations specialized in their respective fields of competence.
15. An observer member shall be by resolution of the Board of Directors of both international organizations and federations of quality relevant Arabic Union activity.

5. Honorary Member:

Is any natural or legal person decides Chairman joining such recognition of social status or recognition for his service and his Union with a genuine and exceptional additions to the field of real estate than it takes to gain honorary membership.

Article (10):

1. Go away as a member of the Governing Council in decision situations change the workplace or solution or lapse or join, or non-payment of contributions for two consecutive years or contravention of statute of Union of fundamental breach.
2. a member may withdraw from the Union, and that the request be submitted to the Governing Council with the reasons the Council examine this request and work to avoid these reasons, the Member shall in all cases, full payment obligations for the year if the withdrawal.
3. The Member may continue his membership in the Governing Council's decision to appeal from this decision to the Council within three months from the date of notification of the demise of the Member and the Chairman of the Board of Directors view the appeal to the General Assembly for decision and its decision thereon shall be final.
4. The demise of membership fall Member is right of all payments to the Union.
5. The Member may return to EU membership after one year from the date of demise or withdrawal on condition that the requirements for membership and to fulfill outstanding obligations towards EU membership earlier.
