Arab Union for Investment and Real Estate Development was founded as an Arab, non-political and non-governmental organization made up of professionals in the field of real estate whether individuals or professional groups, companies or institutions active in the fields of real estate development, urban planning, engineering consultancy, investment and real estate finance, real estate management, contracting, evaluation and valuation real estate brokerage, specialists, lawyer and insurance.

The founding meeting of the Arab Union of Investment and Real Estate Development in the Council of Arab Economic Unity HQ, in the presence of H.E the Secretary-General of the Council, Ambassador Dr. Mohammed Al Rabei and HE the President of the Arab Union of Investment and Real Estate Development Ahmad Al Sudain.

Minister of State, Dr. Sultan Al Jaber, the UAE with the president of Arab Union for Investment and Real Estate Development, HE Ahmed Salem Sudain in the Egyptian Gulf Investment Forum, in the presence of more than 500 Arab and foreign investor.
